Dear Buyers and Sellers,

We were buying our first home and didn’t really know what we were doing.  We met Carolyn because she showed us one of her listings.  Although it didn’t work out with her listing, she ended up showing us over 20 homes in the area we were looking in.  She set up appointments very fast and was always happy to show us what ever we wanted to see.  She narrowed down our search and found only the best to show us.  We ended up finding a home that we loved.   The sellers were difficult but Carolyn remained persistent and kept in good contact with the listing agent and us, continually reassuring us and calming our nerves about the situation.  Because of her persistence and negotiating skills we got the house!  Carolyn is a reliable, trustworthy person, with great people skills.  She communicates well, and you are always able to reach her.  She is willing to come to you if you cannot make it to her or her office.  She made buying our first home very calming during a stressful time.  She helped us out so much and was very dependable. We recently celebrated our first month anniversary in our new home and we couldn’t be happier!! We feel quite fortunate that we were able to use your services and expertise over the past twelve months to find the perfect house in an absolutely fantastic neighborhood here in Barrie.
