As first time homebuyers, we were a bit sceptical about dealing with real estate agents, and finding one you could trust. We did our homework and noted that a Buyers Agent was the best way to go because they exclusively represent your best interests.  We were looking for someone that stood out from all the rest of the buyers agents and Carolyn did that for us.  She looked very professional in her picture and her website was very well put together, giving her clients free valuable information as well as access to contact lawyers, home inspectors etc. through her Expert section.  You could send an email with a question and it was answered promptly free of charge. 

She also holds Awards in negotiations, which for us was an added value.

We contacted Carolyn and she responded promptly.  She went through the whole Home Buying process with us and made sure that we understood what we were doing every step of the way. We felt very relaxed and confident during the whole home buying process. What was really nice is that she always responding promptly to our requests and questions within a few hours and always arrived promptly at all house viewings. She even put her life on hold during stat holidays in order to make sure that everything was perfect when we were putting in offers and followup. 

Because we were first time homebuyers and had never had any prior experience with buying a home, she guided us in a no pressure manner.  If she thought a home was over priced, or she thought that something didn't look right or suited us, she would tell us.  She always repeated that she wanted us to be comfortable and happy in our new home and I really thought that it came from the heart.  She didn't make us feel like we were being taken advantage of in order to make a quick sale.  She always kept our best interests at the forefront of the buying process.  Carolyn bent over backwards and worked her butt off for us.  And now we have a beautiful home that fits our lifestyle and needs. We are 100% happy with what Carolyn has done for us and we would definitely use her again and refer her to our friends.
