Real Estate Referrals

Ahhh... Referrals. 

Sometimes a Realtor is looking for another Realtor because they  have a client who is selling their home and relocating to a different city.  It would be nice to be able to refer them to someone they know - someone who can take care of them the way they have.  It is a thoughtful extension of their services. And it is a welcomed referral because the client feels reassured knowing they will be in good hands not  just hope they find a good realtor.

Sometimes a friend or family member that lives in another province  needs to sell but doesn't know any Realtors.  A referral is a welcomed peace of mind for the friend or family member because they trust the person who is referring the Agent.

Sometimes a buyer or seller will gladly refer their Realtor to those they know who are looking to sell or purchase a home because of the great service they received with their Realtor.

Referrals are the best kind of business!  What a win win!  Referrals mean you will be in good hands.
